README.md is now the English version (faithful translation, same structure/badges/commands/links/numbers; in-page anchors updated for English headings). The original Chinese README moved verbatim to README.zh-CN.md. Both carry a language switch line at the top.
Also: README.zh-CN.md added to package.json "files"; content/skills/portfolio.json regenerated via scripts/generate-skill-portfolio.js (consumer projection digest changed).
Checks: test:version, readme-governance, public-text-integrity, docs-surface-inventory, markdown-structure, docs-audience, skill-portfolio(-current) pass. Fast-route nodes run individually: 74/76 pass; validation-authority and profile-current fail identically on unmodified main (pre-existing/environmental).
