The README is checked claim by claim against the code. It fixes about 20 stale statements: nothing being written to repo directories (last turn stores a git ref and Apply writes the file), every shortcut being rebindable (8 are), virtual scrolling in the web UI (it has none), and the state path. Install now leads with
pipx install git+https://github.com/dgsienko/diffui. It also adds a short web vs terminal comparison and a herdr keybinding that opens the TUI in a split.AGENTS.md drops from 502 lines to 182. It removes the deleted next-unreviewed endpoint, the old search response shape and a search debounce that doesn't exist, and replaces the per-file test inventory with the testing conventions.
