Everything that talks to herdr now lives in
diffui/server/terminal_host.py(renamed fromherdr.py). The rest of the code imports it under neutral names and never sees herdr's agent dicts:repo_agent_statuses()returns status strings for last turnagent_pane_name()returns the agent's name for the prompt dialogpaste_to_agent_pane(),report_status(),clear_status()andavailable()The
/api/agent/promptfieldherdr_agentis nowpane_agent, renamed in the server, TUI and web UI together. UI copy names herdr only where the user needs to know it's required (the last turn hint). Behavior is unchanged. There's no interface or registry, because herdr is the only host. Supporting another one means replacing this module's internals and changing the import in its five callers.
