DHIS2-21475 derives from a Chrome bug (see console screenshot)

This adds a package patch to @dhis2/multi-calendar-dates to use the Gregorian calendar as a workaround --
for modern dates in DHIS2, the Gregorian = ISO 8601 dates (they diverge when "eras" like CE and BCE come into play, or at year 0)
