Looks good thanks but needs rebase
Can you also update the example to use google-github-actions/auth@v3 before this lands? The current upstream docs use v3 now, and this README change would otherwise add a new stale example while fixing the older GAR flow.
this is a last mile doc improvement for docker#640. it clarifies how to use direct identity federation in GAR without a service account using `google-github-actions/auth@v2`. Signed-off-by: David Montoya <davidmontoyago@gmail.com>
