Renamed 14 folders under docs/features/active that were missing the yyyy-MM-dd-<feature-name>-<issue-number> prefix. Dates reflect each folder's original promotion commit (traced via git log --follow past the 2026-07-20 issue-number-suffix rename), not the rename commit itself. Updated the handful of in-repo self-references to the old paths.
Corrects internal and cross-file references that still pointed at the pre-rename paths (missing issue-number suffix, missing date prefix, or both) for the 14 folders renamed to the canonical yyyy-MM-dd-<feature-name>-<issue-number> format: epic.md and epic-kickoff.md in the utilitiescs-nullable-remediation epic, two source comments in SVGControl/SvgImageSelector.cs, and self- and sibling-references inside each folder's own issue.md/plan/research files.
Every folder remaining in docs/features/active/ corresponds to a GitHub issue that is closed with state reason COMPLETED and has a merged pull request in closedByPullRequestsReferences, confirming the work was delivered. Moved all 51 folders to docs/features/archive/ with no content changes. No open issues required closing/linking as part of this pass; docs/features/active/ is now empty pending the next round of promotions.
