tocsify 3.0.0 now writes two extra files for AI tools, llms.txt and llms-full.txt, next to toc.md. It also drops every runtime dependency, which clears the old npm audit findings from markdown-toc and meow.

What 3.0.0 does

• Writes docs/llms.txt (an index of the site) and docs/llms-full.txt (the full text of every page) by default. --no-llm writes only toc.md.
• Links in llms-full.txt are full URLs that point to the same files Docsify 5 loads. The toc include uses the toc from the same run, so one run is enough.
• Has zero runtime dependencies and only uses Node built-ins. Needs Node >=22.13.0.
• Heading anchors in toc.md match Docsify 5 ids.
• Fixes the skip rules: files and folders that start with _ are skipped, README.md and index.md must match exactly, and comment-style ignore markers such as <!-- {docsify-ignore} --> now work.
• New flags: --base-url, --title, --summary, --group=h2|sidebar, --keep-comments, --no-llm, and --version. The site URL is detected from CNAME, GITHUB_REPOSITORY, the git remote, or homepage when --base-url is not set.
• Tests use node:test with 100% line, branch, and function coverage. Linting uses ESLint 10.
• GitHub Actions CI runs on Node 22.13.0, 22, 24, and 26, plus Windows. A release workflow publishes to npm with trusted publishing (no token stored) when a GitHub release is created.
• Adds the generated docs/toc.md, docs/llms.txt, and docs/llms-full.txt for this repo's own docs.

Breaking changes

• Node >=22.13.0 is required.
• llms.txt and llms-full.txt are written by default. A base URL is needed unless tocsify can detect one. Use --no-llm to skip them.
• Anchors in toc.md now use Docsify 5 ids. Links change for headings with leading digits, accents, emoji, :id=, links, or #.
• -h now means --help instead of --header.
• bin and main moved to src/cli.js. lib/ is gone, and exports blocks deep imports.
• dir defaults to docs.
