This PR add sqlite to the backend initialization to load, and save on termination, an SQL database file with all tasks results information

This PR is still on-going.
Still need to be more stable on the termination, also changed the foulder where the .db file is saved, and add the reception of a signal from the frontend to delate the database file infromation and all task_id infromation from the backend.
