After merging Local Bridge #8/#10/#12/#13/#14 and WeChat Provider #4, the older README/AGENTS/MCP/Agent documents still say 0.1.0 only supports two read-only tools and offline Profile checking. This PR corrects the factual state consistently:

  • Already implemented: explicit Codex CLI tasks, optional Chrome native host + local inbox, user-registered generic local MCP Client, and actual Python WeChat MCP stdio handshake/status/search test in CI.
  • Not yet implemented/verified: enterprise SSO/PersonalProfile runtime, direct browser or MCP Agent exposure of provider tools, WeChat UI read/send/subscribe, full BridgeTask, or CloudFile edit takeover.
  • Links the tested WeChat Provider integration and updated standalone WeChat Provider docs; no code or executable behavior changes.

This is only a status/documentation correction; avoids falsely promising a finished WeChat assistant.
