Adds a 'Failures — last 12 hours' sparkline below the throughput sparkline on the Solid Queue card, rendered in the danger color so failure spikes are visible before clicking into the failed jobs list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
