Improve the SVT sensor description.
Reference: page 14 in Zhenyu's presentation
Change Barrel sensor structure from 1 layer of 40um active silicon to: 46um inactive Si (substrate) + 14um active Si (epitaxial) + 2.5um Cu (wire bonding)
IB: Cu always face larger R. Also added 12 tiles per RSU structure.
OB: Cu faces outer side of the stave and alternating in Z.
Disks: change on-hold until the module layout finalized #1073
