SideSay Web is a simple, secure, and real-time chat app designed for privacy. It lets you connect with friends instantly without leaving a trace. With a modern design, you can customize themes and use dark mode to make it your own, all while keeping your conversations private.
To begin using SideSay, follow the steps below to download and run the application.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Mojave or later, or any recent Linux distribution.
- RAM: At least 4 GB.
- Disk Space: Minimum 100 MB available.
- Internet Connection: Required for real-time chatting.

Visit the Releases Page
Go to our Releases page to find the latest version of SideSay. -
Download the Application
Click on the version you want to download. You’ll see options for different operating systems. Choose the one that matches your system. -
Run the Installer
Once the download completes, locate the downloaded file (usually in your "Downloads" folder). Double-click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install SideSay on your device. -
Open SideSay
After installation, you can find SideSay in your applications list. Click to open it and start chatting with friends.

Create an Account
Upon first launching the app, you will need to create an account. Enter your email and choose a password. Follow prompts to verify your email. -
Add Friends
Use the search function to find your friends. Send them friend requests to start chatting. -
Start Chatting
Once your friends accept your requests, click on their names to open a chat window. Type your messages and hit send!
- Can't Connect to the Internet: Check your Wi-Fi or cellular data. Ensure that other apps can connect to the internet.
- App Crashes: Make sure you’re using the latest version. If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Login Issues: Double-check your email and password. Use the “Forgot Password?” link if needed.
