Summary

  • set the package, lockfile, Claude/Codex plugin manifests, and both marketplaces to 1.6.10-electric.2
  • add the focused Electric.2 changelog and human-readable GitHub release notes
  • preserve GitHub-only distribution and the .1 rollback boundary

Refs #121

Focused proof

  • node --test .github/scripts/check-electric-release-policy.test.mjs .github/scripts/verify-electric-package.test.mjs (58 passed)
  • node .github/scripts/check-electric-release-policy.mjs
  • exact version consistency across package, lockfile, plugin manifests, and marketplaces
  • Prettier and git diff --check
  • exactly the established eight release files changed

Release boundary

This PR prepares source metadata only. It does not create a tag or release, publish npm/container artifacts, analyze a repository, mutate indexes, build embeddings, restart OpenClaw, or switch the local wrapper. Protected publication and local activation remain gated by issue #121 after this PR merges.

Warning

Review limit reached

You’ve reached a temporary PR review limit under our Fair Usage Limits Policy.

Your recent review volume is higher than typical usage, so adaptive limits are currently applied.

Next review available in: 56 minutes

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

Current-head CI diagnosis: the version-only branch hit a Windows timing flake in cli-limit-e2e.test.ts; its setup analyze --force returned status null at the existing 60-second test timeout while 683 other tests passed in that shard. No changed release file is on that code path, and the same test passed on the immediately preceding capability head. The failed CI jobs are being rerun once without a source change; merge remains blocked unless the exact-head rerun is green.

Post-merge governance audit: normal merge was refused solely by the one-other-approver rule; this repository has one human collaborator, who was both author and last pusher. After all protected checks were green, evaOS review was terminal with no findings, CodeRabbit was terminal-success/rate-limited with no findings, and review-thread count was zero, the approved narrow review-count exception was applied for the merge only. PR #125 merged as e690cabf19dea108fced6ee1a7ef17e9e623ec54. Protection was immediately restored and verified: strict current-head checks; required CI Gate, both CodeQL analyses, gitleaks, dependency review, actionlint, and zizmor; one approval; last-push approval; stale-review dismissal; conversation resolution; admin enforcement; force-push and deletion disabled. Release run #29369633801 is the next gate.
