Hamid Elsevar

Builder. I turn unclear business problems into working products and AI systems.

I work across business, product, operations, and technology. I can lead the work, bring in the right people, or get hands-on—whatever moves it from an idea to something people can use.

Public work

  • LLM Council — I extended Karpathy's open-source project with conversation persistence, decision traces, duplicate-judge fixes, regression checks, and an MCP integration.

Current product work

Most of my current work lives in private repositories because it belongs to operating businesses. I describe it here without exposing customer data or proprietary source.

  • AdvantageOS — product lead and hands-on builder for Advantage Services' operating system, spanning discovery, CRM, service delivery, and human-reviewed AI.
  • Hafiz — a personal AI system that brings voice, text, screen, calendar, email, memory, and supervised agents together.
  • WisePal — my portfolio and product workspace for turning ideas into working software.

How I work

Understand the real problem. Build the smallest useful path. Test the complete journey. Keep private data and consequential actions under human control.
