Summary

Updates test snapshot fixtures in python-autopxd2 to align with HeaderKit 0.46.1+ improvements:

• Opaque Struct Typedef Semantics: typedef struct foo foo; is emitted as ctypedef struct foo rather than cdef struct foo (issue_039_opaque_struct.test, json_lib.expected.pxd).
• Global Variable Ordering: Global variables typed with structs are emitted after struct bodies so their types are complete (keywords.test, simple_c.expected.pxd).
• Whitespace / Spacing: Corrects spacing following enum declarations (array_dimensions.test).
• Topological Sorting: Matches improved multi-tier cycle-breaking topological dependency sorting order in json_lib.expected.pxd.

Verification

• Full test suite passed: 434 passed, 9 skipped, 0 failures (100% pass rate).
• All real-world library Cython compilations (nng, zlib, sqlite, curl, libuv, utf8proc, fmt, python, numpy) compile cleanly.
