Allow path-only wildcard dependencies in cargo-deny - #273

The bench dev-dependency on `performance_lines` is path-only, so that `cargo publish` strips it. cargo-deny flagged it as a wildcard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

I had to change the dev-dependency on performance_lines from egui_plot (for the benches) to a path dependency (insetead of workspace) so that I could publish.
This broke the deny lint, so I'm loosening that rule.
