- Built and scaled production HRMS applications across Payroll, Attendance, Employee Management, Insurance, Rewards and Performance.
- Integrated LLM-powered workflows with OpenAI and Claude APIs, connecting AI-generated content to employee data, templates and production REST APIs.
- Led the migration to a unified React + Vite architecture and reusable component system.
- Owned High/Highest-priority production and CX escalations end to end: investigation, root-cause analysis, fix, QA/UAT, release.
- Delivered complex business workflows — recurring payroll loan deductions, 24-hour flexible shifts, overtime approval, attendance geo-fencing.
- Built REST APIs and backend services in Python/Django, PostgreSQL, Docker and GCP; shipped integrations with Razorpay, BillDesk, ICICI Lombard, Xoxoday, Jify and SSO.
- Hardened application security with SSO, Content Security Policy, secure cookies and XSS/CSRF protection.
- Introduced Vitest and JSDoc to improve testing, documentation and onboarding.
