I'm Collin, also known as engineereng. I'm a software engineer / code wizard working at the intersection of using emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence and AR / VR) to solve real, human problems.
As of May 2026, I'm currently on leave while I enjoy some much needed Rest and Relaxation (R&R)!
- 👪 As a founding engineer at Origin Therapy, I spearheaded "Scribe", an AI-powered (but human-centered) transcription and summarization tool that processed 100+ sessions weekly and transformed them into medical-grade insights, saving 1000s of hours of note taking.
- 🛠️ I was CTO at ManufactureAI, a vertical AI startup that is revolutionizing the way manufacturing is done using LLMs
- 🔭 I worked on developing virtual reality interfaces for heavy equipment operators and operators of other robots at Carbon Origins.
- ⚡ Fun fact: I'm a "third culture kid"; I've lived multiple years in several countries, including the 🇺🇸 United States, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇫🇷 France, 🇸🇬 Singapore, and 🇨🇳 China.
