Everything for the release is staged so the final steps are copy-paste from docs/releases/v3.0.0-launch.md: - CHANGELOG cut to [3.0.0] (case entry synced with the separate-knobs change) - Release notes finalized at docs/releases/v3.0.0.md - Launch checklist with the one remaining hardware gate (first print of the v3 encloser cut + §9 run), photo-swap instructions, asset build commands, and the gh release command - Flasher manifest label v2.0.0 → v3.0.0; PF_IMPROV_FW_VERSION → 3.0.0 (takes effect on the next firmware build — noted in the checklist) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
