• add 4 study-v2 paper notes: OSWorld, ToolBench-X, MemGym, SWE-Bench-CL
• add matching study-review-receipt-v1 static review receipts
• refresh atlas/note index and public scale copy to 1023 papers / 961 projects / 1984 total notes
• record the bounded epoch handoff for this run
