Points devnet-7 tracoor at ethpandaops/tracoor:glamsterdam-devnet-7 (built from tracoor's release/glamsterdam-devnet-7 branch, gloas-aware via the ethpandaops go-eth2-client fork) and sets the zcli fork to gloas. Updates both the ansible inventory and the generated kubernetes values, keeping the two in sync with the generate_kubernetes_config template output.
