When sending a message to Telegram with the parse_mode set to MarkdownV2, special characters like '.', '!', '-', etc., must be escaped. This change introduces an
escape_markdownmethod that handles this escaping, and modifies themessagemethod to use it. This prevents messages from being rendered incorrectly by Telegram.
