Release v3.0.15 - Extend Meldung object to show the id of the affected field

Motivation

The end goal is that we can have the id in the ELI API. Why we need this information? With it, we can change information in the Kundenangaben-api using this id.

Example of payload (summarized in order to improve readability here). The kundenangabenApiInfo is the new info.
