simple update to composer.json to support doctrine-bundle 3.x and dbal 4.x.
Tests run fine with 3 hints about deprecations (2 due to unnecessary doctrine settings and 1 about cahnges when overriding a command in symfony8)
Tested in a (not too complicated) real world project and seeds load just fine.
So if this gets committed, it should fix issue #11
