And add a `package-lock.json` while I'm at it. For node^6, per EyalAr/lwip#317. BREAKING CHANGE: This actually breaks compatibility with `node@0.12` and `io.js@1` and earlier, which are unsupported anyways, due to `@randy.tarampi/lwip`'s conversion to ES6.

The tools work on node@8, it's just the packaging that's to blame here.

The big change here is to use
@randy.tarampi/generic-icon-splash-generateandsharpinstead oflwipto do the image transformations.This does include a lot of
@randy.tarampi/*repo specific things, but those should be easy enough to fix or ignore if these changes get picked up. This PR's more for visibility than anything anyways.See also: excellenteasy/android-splash#13
