Plugin 0.9.0 is npm latest and the catalog selection, and Production 6a9050fb serves API 0.8.0, which CLI 0.9.0 requires. claude-v0.9.0 names c083ff9d, and the plugin bundles CLI 0.9.0. That CLI minor changes only the Rails target profile it accepts, so the wrapper, setup messages, and guide need no change.

dockerfiles/drawing-board/script/checkpassed the wrapper, Skill linking and revision, and pinned-CLI setup checks. Its workshop-helper check needs bash 4 and stopped on macOS bash 3.2 before reaching anything this changes; this PR's built-container CI runs it.
