Add AI Radar (v0.1)

Application Submission

• AI Radar is a Flipper Zero dashboard for tracking AI provider usage windows on-device.
• It includes an overview screen, per-provider detail screens, settings for overview visibility/autoscroll/display dimming, and companion snapshot sync from a host machine over USB or BLE.

Extra Requirements

• This app expects a companion host script to generate and push usage snapshots.
• No extra hardware is required beyond a Flipper Zero. USB sync is the recommended path on macOS.
