- Pin GitHub Actions to commit SHAs and add Dependabot
- Update Maven dependencies and plugins
- Pin actions/checkout, actions/setup-java and actions/upload-artifact to full commit SHAs (with version comments) - Add Dependabot config to keep the actions up to date weekly
- Bump JReleaser, AssertJ, JUnit Jupiter, json-unit and Maven plugins - Mark assertj-core and json-unit as test-scoped - Migrate publishing from OSSRH nexus2 to Sonatype Central
