The Android CI tests timing out is a known issue (I have a story for figuring it out) - locally they pass and run in under 5 minutes. That change (reverting back for forcedotcom dev) should have gone into the last PR. |

wmathurin#rn-upgrade-0.84URL was used during RN 0.84.1 upgrade development so that test apps could pull from the in-progress fork branch. Now that PR #461 has been merged, this reverts to the canonical reference.
