Select Go 1.27.3 for compilation, development and hosted validation. Preserve every existing Go language minimum, including public SDK/module minima, and unrelated dependency/package-set pins. A toolchain directive selects the compiler with automatic toolchain switching enabled; an explicit GOTOOLCHAIN override takes precedence.
Module compiler selection:
toolchain go1.27.3ingo.mod,internal/difftest/go.mod,internal/oracle/go.mod. Preserve every existinggolanguage minimum and all dependency versions/checksums. The directive selects the compiler when automatic toolchain switching is enabled; an explicitGOTOOLCHAINoverride takes precedence.Validation of the module follow-up: cached Go 1.27.3 with
GOTOOLCHAIN=local,go mod edit -jsonfor all listed modules, exact comparison preserving all non-toolchain module content, focused diff review, andgit diff --check. No local builds, tests, lint, generation, Nix realization or Docker execution. Hosted build/test/lint validation of the latest head is pending; checks and reviews on earlier SHAs do not validate the follow-up. This PR remains ready for review. No merge, deployment, release or image publication.
