Raise sample compile/target to 37 for core 1.19 AAR metadata. Bump AndroidX (activity/lifecycle/compose/room/material/…) to latest stable compatible with AGP 9.3; add navigationevent on activity graph; Java/Kotlin 11 for Navigation 2.9 JVM11 bytecode. Update CI SDK packages, examples, and toolchain docs.
