Every tool now has a /zh/ page. GA shows Chinese visitors (over 40% of users) running these three English pages through browser translation. - build_zh.py: translation tables for the three pages; on /zh/voice-to-text/ Chinese is preselected, words are counted with Intl.Segmenter (Chinese has no spaces), and Yandex Metrika is left out (it serves the Russian audience of the English page). The leftover-English check now also reads CSS `content:` text. - Navigation, footers, helper picks and "continue with this file" links on Chinese pages point to the new pages; format pages rebuilt. - Sitemap, llms.txt, README, changelog; zh preview images. Every tool now has a Chinese page. In GA (Sep 28 – Oct 25) Chinese is the top language (595 of 1,412 users), and the page-title report shows machine-translated titles of exactly these three English pages: people were translating them in the browser.
