Documents the use of ChatGPT 4.1 for moving text from Google Docs into Quarto, creating the .bib file, getting feedback on an earlier draft, and formatting the book. Flagged for authors to confirm and extend before release, since the documented list may not be exhaustive.

Adds a 'Use of AI' section to contributions.qmd based on the usages documented in #2 (ChatGPT 4.1 for GDoc->Quarto migration, .bib creation, draft feedback, and book formatting). The issue notes the list is incomplete, so the section is flagged for authors to confirm/extend before release. Addresses #2.
