Absicherung fuer das SDK-v5-Upgrade ergaenzt (Commit d67ff75).

Aenderungen:

Bisheriger Server-Digest ist laut OCI-Labels Langfuse 4.26.0 und damit inkompatibel. Compose ist jetzt auf 4.59.0 mit verifiziertem Multi-Arch-Digest gepinnt.
Echte Langfuse-SDK-Regressionstests fuer normale und gestreamte Agent-Antworten: Modell, Ein-/Ausgabe und Token-Verbrauch werden ueber einen In-Memory-Exporter geprueft; nur die LLM-HTTP-Grenze wird simuliert.
Tests fuer fehlende/unvollstaendige Tracing-Konfiguration und fehlendes optionales Paket; dedizierter CI-Schritt mit tracing-Extra.
Docker-Build-Argument INSTALL_TRACING=true, Installationshinweise und Upgrade-/Smoke-Test-Anleitung ergaenzt.

Lokale Validierung:

uv sync --frozen --extra dev --extra tracing — erfolgreich.
uv run --frozen --extra dev --extra tracing pytest tests/test_tracing.py tests/test_core.py -q — 64 bestanden.

Ein echter Export-Smoke-Test gegen einen eigenen Server >=4.59.0 konnte deshalb nicht ausgefuehrt werden. Vor dem Merge den Server bereitstellen bzw. mit Backup aktualisieren und beide Generations im Langfuse-UI pruefen (Anleitung in docs/Deployment.md, Abschnitt 16). Produktive Container und Daten wurden nicht veraendert.
