Combine existing Renovate updates in
.github/workflows/ci.yml:actions/setup-node7.0.0 → 7.1.0 (supersedes chore(deps): update actions/setup-node action to v7.1.0 #370)astral-sh/setup-uv10.2.0 → 10.3.2 (supersedes chore(deps): update astral-sh/setup-uv action to v10.3.2 #371)The pinned GitHub Action commit SHAs are preserved from the upstream Renovate PRs. Python remains 3.14.
Require all CI jobs to pass before merging. Close #370 and #371 only after this PR is merged.
