fix(preview): rotate shared-texture slots so a just-released one is rewritten last - #1373

…ewritten last SlotBook::claim took the lowest free slot, so the slot Chromium had just released was rewritten first while its GPU could still be copying it into the canvas. At 60 Hz the ring ping-ponged between two slots and a slot was reused ~50 ms after publish, the gap reported in #1301. Search round-robin from the slot after the last claim instead; the 40 ms release delay stays. Refs #1301

rather than relying on ring position when release callbacks arrive out of order;
preserve the existing held-slot and ready-slot exclusions. Add a regression test
that releases generations out of order and verifies the older released slot is
claimed first.

Before/after on Windows at 60 Hz: the step back did not reproduce in either build. So this neither confirms nor rules out the fix. No regression either. Method

What
SlotBook::claimpicked the lowest free slot of the Windows shared-texture ring. The slot Chromium had just released was therefore rewritten first, while its GPU could still be copying it into the canvas. In steady state the ring ping-ponged between slots 0 and 1, reusing a slot ~50 ms after publish — the "one frame from ~50 ms earlier" in the report.Now the search for a free slot starts after the last claimed one (round-robin). With 8 slots at 60 fps a slot is rewritten ~130 ms after publish instead of ~50 ms. The 40 ms release delay (c5d3dcd) stays as a floor. No VRAM or latency cost.
