Wrong compiler per source set

High Severity

The kotlin1920, kotlin2120, and kotlin2200 source sets exist to compile version-specific shims against matching kotlin-compiler-embeddable APIs. Pinning all three to 2.3.21 removes per-version compilation and can break the build or ship adapters that no longer match Kotlin 1.9.x/2.1.x/2.2.x compilers.
