Picks up getsentry/gocd-jsonnet#95 (single-region groups skip the cell-name auto-suffix added in v3.0.0), so deploy-snuba-*-st jobs keep their pre-grouped-pipedream names and the canary auto-rollback script can find recent successful runs to roll back to. See getsentry/getsentry#20357 for the same bump on getsentry.

Bump to v3.0.3 to mitigate issues with the pipeline/job name changes introduced in v3.0.0 (grouped pipedream's cell-name auto-suffix), in particular interactions with the auto-rollback script.
