Regenerate the model source maintenance lock with gh-aw v0.93.0 and apply the repository postprocessor. The upgrade updated executable steps and the compiler assertion but retained the previous compiler header and manifest. The upgrade updated the model maintenance workflow's executable steps and the regression assertion to gh-aw v0.93.0, but left its generated compiler metadata, manifest, and banner at v0.92.6. The stale manifest also described the previous action/container pins and safe-output tool names.
