Build Test Suite repeatedly reconstructs the same build commands across 8–12 agent turns, with unused GitHub MCP schemas adding context overhead. This change moves deterministic execution into one script and limits the agent to reporting results.

  • Single in-sandbox matrix

    • Preserves all 18 projects across eight ecosystems and the existing network allowlist.
    • Uses writable .NET directories and explicit Maven proxy/cache settings.
    • Continues after project failures, emitting JSON statuses, counts, and bounded error tails.
  • Lower-cost reporting

    • Selects claude-haiku-4.5 and explicitly disables GitHub MCP.
    • Replaces per-ecosystem instructions with one invocation:
      bash scripts/ci/build-test-matrix.sh
    • Retains one PR summary comment and the build-test label only when every project passes; manual runs report without PR mutations.
  • Workflow integration

    • Regenerates and postprocesses the lock.
    • Adds focused regression coverage for failure continuation, result parsing, and sandbox/tool configuration.

Actual token and cost savings remain to be measured on a new run.
