Arising from #123, @stephenbinns pointed out we're not actually relying on MultiJSON internally, so we may as well follow upstream in dropping it.
Cherry-picked que-rb/que@bdd3c3d with minor adjustment to resolve conflicts due to other drift.
I've also kept the
parse/generateintroduced there, asload(overparse) fails rubocop's Security/JSONLoad and the former methods seem generally preferred, if equivalent here.
