Do not present a previous result after a failed rerun.
LogicalControlsResultTab displays the cached result when the status is FAILED. The failed notification updates the computation status, but useNodeData only refetches for LOGICAL_CONTROLS_RESULT and does not clear its result for LOGICAL_CONTROLS_FAILED. Exclude FAILED from the display condition, or clear the result when a new run starts.

Disable the dropdown when there is no stop action.
When Logical Controls is running, this branch returns no options. SplitButton still enables the dropdown, so clicking it opens an empty menu. Disable the dropdown when the selected running runnable has no actionOnRunnable.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔴 Critical | 🏗️ Heavy lift
Provide the Logical Controls computation identifier before using it.
The declared @gridsuite/commons-ui dependency does not expose ComputingType.LOGICAL_CONTROLS. CI reports TS2339 here and at the new status and result consumers, so npm run build fails. Use a compatible dependency that exports the identifier, or define a consistent local contract. Also ensure COMPUTING_AND_NETWORK_MODIFICATION_TYPE exposes the corresponding report key; CI reports TS2339 for its new entries in src/redux/reducer.ts.

Fix the ComputingType.LOGICAL_CONTROLS type-check failure.
The locked @gridsuite/commons-ui 0.310.0 declaration does not define ComputingType.LOGICAL_CONTROLS. The new logical-controls files import this enum and use the missing member, so TypeScript reports TS2339. Upgrade @gridsuite/commons-ui to a version that exports this member, or use a shared local constant until that upgrade. Existing references in run-button-container.jsx and other files should use the same correction.

Make the six result tabs scrollable.
On a narrow result view, the six long labels can exceed the tab bar. The default Tabs variant does not provide tab-bar scrolling, so later categories can be clipped for pointer users. Set variant="scrollable" and scrollButtons="auto" on Tabs. Material UI documents these props for tabs that exceed the available width. (mui.com)

PR Summary
Before this PR, 'logical controls' was a synchronous computation triggered by a temporary button and displayed as a child of state estimation results table.
Now, 'logical controls' becomes an asynchronous computation, just like the others (loadflow, state estimation, etc). We can start / cancel it with the "run" button, and the results are displayed in a dedicated tab.
Works with gridsuite/study-server#1138 and requires gridsuite/commons-ui#1408.
