unsharing of all the references in a study - #1145

The service collects modification references from non-stashed network-modification nodes and runs bulk unsharing through UNSHARE_MODIFICATIONS. It sends the reference UUIDs to the /unshare endpoint and emits an update notification for each affected node. Tests cover activity classification, empty and populated studies, remote failures, and the bulk request.
Per-node unsharing now passes a node-to-reference mapping to the bulk service method. A new study-wide endpoint checks that the study exists, delegates to the service, and returns HTTP 200.

unshareAllReferencesInStudy selects every network-modification node and sends its references to unshareModificationReferences. NodeActivityRunnerService does not reject read-only nodes. A read-only node with references can therefore be unshared.

@souissimai My concern is the interval between reading the references and starting the node activity.
The current order allows this sequence:
getModificationReferences returns reference A for a node.
Another request inserts reference B into that node.
runWith(UNSHARE_MODIFICATIONS, ...) starts.
The bulk call unshares A only. B remains shared, although B existed when the activity started.
The proposed change is to select the eligible nodes first, then start UNSHARE_MODIFICATIONS for those nodes. Read their references and perform the bulk unshare inside the activity callback. Include nodes that currently have no references, because another request could add references before the activity starts.
Operations that add references must also use a conflicting node activity for this protection to work. That was the reason for my additional recommendation about shareCompositeModification.
This is a concurrency concern, not a problem with sending the references in one bulk request.
