The default of using DUIDs would require on-disk storage for stable IP addresses, but obviously that does not exist for Live ISO boots. Use the hardware address for both DHCPv4 and for SLAAC (IPv6).
We use LC_TIME="en_DK.UTF-8" in our default locales, so the according locales need to be present on the live system. Followup fix for commit b4bfd61 Thanks to Christopher Bock for reporting
All boot modes currently complain about some video modules missing, and this also slows down initial grub startup, because the error messages are printed using slow video primitives.
DHCP client: use hardware/ethernet address as identification
grub: merge Disable Framebuffer and Kernel Mode Setting options, hide on UEFI
/etc/locale.gen: add en_DK.UTF-8 as used within our default locales
grub: load video modules only on platforms where they exist
