Adds TWZRD Agent Intel — a trust scoring MCP server for AI agents on Solana with x402 micropayment support.

What it does

TWZRD Agent Intel provides wallet-level trust scoring for autonomous bots and AI agents operating on Solana. Before a bot makes an x402 micropayment, it can verify the receiving agent's identity and reputation score.

Free tools (no payment required):

• resolve_agent — resolve agent wallet to identity profile
• score_agent — get trust score for an agent wallet
• preflight_check — pre-flight check before micropayment
• verify_trust_receipt — verify a trust receipt

Paid tool:

• get_trust_receipt — issue a verifiable on-chain trust receipt
