Updated @mastra/core to the latest version (0.24.9) and refactored
command processing and auto-organize routes to use the `structuredOutput`
feature correctly. This replaces manual JSON parsing with type-safe
Zod schema validation directly supported by the Mastra SDK.
- Updated `@mastra/core` to `^0.24.9`.
- Refactored `src/server/routes/command.ts` to use `structuredOutput: { schema: CommandIntentSchema }`.
- Refactored `src/server/routes/autoOrganize.ts` to use `structuredOutput: { schema: AutoOrganizeOutputSchema }`.
- Removed manual JSON parsing logic.
