Makes the biome lint step advisory (
continue-on-error: true) sobuild-and-checkstops failing on the large pre-existing biome backlog (formatting, import order, a11y) that's unrelated to most changes — it's been red onmasterfor days.The build and type-check steps still gate the job; only the lint report is non-blocking, and its output stays visible in the logs. Revert this once the biome backlog is cleaned up.
