Each folder will refer to a specific project or line of work:
- sync_pulse_alignment = erroneous extra jitter on system 1 sync pulse sessions
- unityEPL_retrieval_offsets = unityEPL-FR bug offsets alignments for retrieval events
- eeg_replacement = replacing noisy system 4 EEG with clinical data
- system_version_finder = determine NaN system versions on data index
- mturk_data = load and process lab's MTurk data
- data_quality_database = report and query session level data quality issues
- butterworth_notch_filter = c++ butterworth bandpass filter to match scipy implementation
- correct_sources_json = diagnose and correct erroneous data in metadata files
