feat(research): add production model factory

Summary

• adapt the actor-isolated research store, ranking workflow, metrics workflow, and history reader into the three presentation models
• preserve caller-owned draft UUIDs, exact revisions/generations, pagination cursors, metrics policy, and immutable snapshot boundaries
• notify existing background-store consumers after committed mutations and refreshes
• fail gracefully when the app's optional persistent research services are unavailable
