a server creating using node.js which is heroku ready
this server helps us connect to AWS s3 bucket and upload download content using signed requests which can then be accessed from any frontend
currently we have 4 end points 1: Post request to upload image 2: GET Image 3: GET ALL Image 4: Delete Individual Photo
